About the role:
Manage daily technical operations of the facility to ensure all systems function efficiently.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Monitor and manage facility equipment such as DG sets, UPS, transformers, AHUs, chillers, water systems, and lifts.
Conduct periodic inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and potential risks.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, AMC services, and project work.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, service logs, inventory, and compliance documents.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements, including fire safety and electrical compliance.
About you:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Management (or equivalent).
3– 6 years of experience in facility maintenance or technical operations.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, BMS, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues across facility equipment.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations and work independently.
