This is a position with the Academic Affairs Department.[What you will be working on]
Plan, process and manage admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses
Handle queries and offer advice to course applicants, students, and academic staff
Collaborate with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure efficient course management and smooth administration of examinations
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
Conduct data verification and liaise with vendors to resolve any system-related issues
Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses
Contribute to TP and department ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Compile data for reporting purposes
Provide general administrative support for the division, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
