[What the role is]
As a member of the Continuing Education and Training (CET) support team, the primary responsibility is to manage the administration of CET programmes offered by the school. Key duties include setting up and administering courses in the CET training management system (STEP), processing grant disbursements for WSP grants, analysing CET course data, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth programme operations.
[What you will be working on]
- Perform administrative work relating to CET courses
- Administer CET courses on the CET training management system (STEP) based on NYP processes, for Full Qualification and SCTP courses.
- Administer training grant disbursement to organisations and learners
- Provide guidance to organisations and learners on grant requirements and supporting documents
- Seek approval for disbursement of grants based on NYP processes
- Perform disbursement of grants via the CET training management system (STEP)
- Liaise with external organisations, learners, and internal NYP departments as part of performing job duties
- Communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy with various internal and external stakeholders
- Data extraction and analysis of CET courses
- Analyse CET courses based on data extracted from the CET training management system (STEP)
- Support school administrative functions (such as staff and student matters, events & logistics)
