Position Summary
Part of retail marketing strategy team driving business analysis to drive outcome based retail excellence and market competitiveness in terms of sell out and market share.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead cross function projects across BU or internal MX functions to elevate store experience
- Analysis effectiveness of cross function projects for improvement plans follow up
- Lead innovative in-store events, programs & special projects
- Lead Instore design and build projects
- Manage and generate display proposal across all channels to elevate channel’s SOV
- Sell-out analysis across all channels with clear retail recommendations in terms of distribution, retail visibility program framework development and maintenance
- Responsible for regular tracking and reporting of project status and strong follow through with team members to drive positive project outcomes
- To facilitate SPP incentive programs and work closely with internal stakeholders to roll out the program on monthly basis
- Build and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners/dealers on Incentive programs and sample display operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite, excel, PowerPoint, business analytics software Email and Internet.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Planning & multi-tasking skills
- Analytical & numerical skills to monitor campaign/ program performance
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and drive results
