POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Executive, Resorts Marketing Campaigns and Programs assists and reports to Assistant Manager about the status of all on-going and upcoming promotions. Senior Executive is also responsible for supervising Executives to create, prepare, manage, and execute promotions effectively with a high degree of quality of ensure smooth running of daily promotional operations. This role is also accountable for assisting casino promotions in City of Dreams, Studio City or Altira which is delivered in line with business objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily promotional operations and prepare daily reports to management.
  • Coordinate team's daily schedule and assist in following up deadlines.
  • Coordinate and introduce upcoming promotions with internal and external parties.
  • Have a full understanding of all gaming and non-gaming promotional details and introduce to potential customers.
  • Aware difficulties in upcoming promotions during the preparation periods.
  • Attend and perform various casino promotions to ensure all promotions and prizes are effectively attracted to targeted markets.
  • Perform other duties as required by Management.
  • Assist to develop and implement innovative promotions.
  • Assist to ensure all programs are appropriately leveraged to maximise the benefit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum two years casino industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and systematic abilities.
  • Display a high commitment to improve customer services.
  • Motivate others to achieve business objectives and common goals.
  • Encourage people to work as a team.
  • Adopt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.

Education

  • Degree Holder in relevant field.
  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications.

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent promotion management skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals.
  • Encourages people to work as a team.
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances.
  • Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin written and verbal skills are essential.
