Senior Executive, Outreach, Admissions and Student Matters

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive to support its outreach, admissions, and marketing initiatives. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in planning and delivering outreach activities, producing impactful communication materials, and facilitating effective coordination across stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for student initiatives such as the CoE student ambassador programme and the Student Development Grant. This includes managing and liaising with student ambassadors on college-run events and activities, and monitoring and processing purchases and claims related to the grant.

  • Support CoE’s outreach activities and events in areas such as publicity, administration, coordination and logistics, and participate in outreach events where required.

  • Provide support in admissions and scholarships, including tracking admissions and scholarship numbers, scholarships management and providing timely updates to schools and the College to ensure performance remains on track.

  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, augmented reality postcards, presentation slides, electronic direct mailers, web banners and college-branded memorabilia, etc.

  • Coordinate and collate information and inputs for submission accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc initiatives and assignments as required by the Office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in institutes of higher learning will be advantageous.  

  • Proficient in software applications in presentation, design, photo and video editing such as Adobe suite, Canva, Microsoft Office.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful and possess a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

  • Good team player with positive work attitude.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, combined with the ability to effectively set priorities and goals, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
