Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across AirAsia MOVE Stays (Hotels and Flight+Hotel bundles) by ensuring adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.

  • Develop actionable insights from performance dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.

  • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer happiness, legal, compliance, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure operational alignment and risk mitigation.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, operational performance, and partner KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Enhance operational efficiency by recommending data-driven improvements, optimizing resources, and streamlining workflows.

  • Facilitate smooth operational processes and partner interactions to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field from accredited universities

  • 3–4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or data-driven roles.

  • Good analytical skills to understand data and suggest improvements.

  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Clear communication skills to work with different teams and share ideas.

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Results-focused, proactive, and passionate about improving operations.

  • Team player with a “Can Do” attitude.

Plus:

  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience with BigQuery or other data tools.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for operational enhancements.

  • Experience with tools like Google Apps Script for basic automation execution.
