The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of programmes within the Nanyang Executive Education. The candidate must work with Programme Directors for effective programme delivery.
Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising event sites and delivering the promised outcomes.
Support teaching members in planning and presenting lessons.
Ensure compliance and protection of data at all times.
Establish relationships and collaborate with relevant agencies to achieve the goal of the programme.
Document programme outcomes and generate reports on programmes and activities.
Provide IT solutions for better management and cost-effective measures to achieve operational efficiency.
Essential knowledge of government and ministry policies in relation to programme administration.
Enable programme scalability and development in response to market demands and requirements.
All other tasks related to programme management and general administration.
Requirements:
Recognised Degree in business or any other related field.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ work relevant experience in an administrative, project management, event management, or customer service role.
Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
Diploma holders will be considered on merits of relevant experience of at least 5 years in administrative, project management, event management or customer service role.
Proven experience in programme management or customer service would be an advantage.
Positive, tenacious, and an effective team-player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to travel overseas as and when required.
