What This Job Involves
Executing Flawless Technical Activities
As the technical expert, you will be responsible for identifying and executing projects within committed timelines. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and monitor all projects, including billing and invoicing for services rendered.
Your scope will also include general building repairs and maintenance—covering civil works, interior fit out, carpentry, and plumbing. Routine inspections, inventory management, and documentation will be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure contractors follow building maintenance practices aligned with manufacturer recommendations and our preventive maintenance standards.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination with vendors and JLL SPOC for project execution.
Identification and execution of small and medium projects.
Preparation of BOQs and SOWs.
Strong understanding of work estimation and drawing interpretation.
Execution of civil works (excavation, shuttering, concreting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing).
Execution of interior works (workstations, gypsum partitions, structural glazing, acoustics, flooring, tiling, glass works).
Ensuring compliance with EHS norms as per client and JLL standards.
Delivering services within contractual commitments and budget.
Maintaining records related to building maintenance and projects.
Ensuring timely project completion without compromising quality.
Monitoring budgets, schedules, and performance for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Ensuring health and safety compliance as per client and JLL standards.
Analysing drawings and specifications for resource planning and scheduling.
Preparing plans, schedules, status reports, and performance evaluations.
Providing program planning capabilities including interface and risk analysis.
Establishing and monitoring project control KPIs.
Developing action and recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
High ethical conduct.
Strong client facing skills & presentation capability
Providing Sound Leadership to Boost Results
You will lead day-to-day operations with strong leadership, managing handymen and vendor partners. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal teams and serve as the primary contact for vendors regarding projects and maintenance services.
You will also be responsible for generating daily and weekly reports summarizing project activities.

We are looking for a degree holder in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of experience in civil works and corporate interior fit outs. You should have:
Strong technical expertise in civil construction and interior execution.
Solid understanding of building maintenance requirement.
Proven experience in people and vendor management.
