[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the Development Projects including upgrading of ITE’s training facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:
Implement upgrading of ITE’s facilities including taking charge of the project from inception to completion;
Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that the projects are well-managed and in compliance with statutory requirements; and
Manage the contractors to ensure that the contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
[What we are looking for]
Relevant credentials in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building-related disciplines;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
Ability to handle contract administration, including variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and final accounts; and
Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably with experience in formulating tender documents and/or coordinating with a team of consultants, including Structural Engineers, Architects, M&E Engineers, and Landscape Architects.
