Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Collect, clean, and organize datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools to provide insights for stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Support data management processes, including documentation and best practices for data governance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and improve reporting capabilities.
- Assist in evaluating datasets and identifying opportunities to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with internship experiences, or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and optimization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiar with Microsoft analytics tools (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Power BI) will be advantageous.
