As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and organizational force multiplier. You’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support while driving critical initiatives, ensuring the CBO and their leadership team execute effectively against priorities and deliverables.
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the right hand to the CBO, proactively managing complex calendars, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and time allocation.
Anticipate needs and provide forward-thinking support to enable focus on top business priorities and executive-level initiatives.
Lead end-to-end coordination of complex travel, offsites, board meetings, and high-impact internal and external engagements—delivering an exceptional, white-glove experience.
Act as a liaison between the CBO, executive leadership, board members, and key external partners, maintaining discretion and diplomacy at all times.
Manage and triage communications with precision—drafting correspondence, managing inboxes, and ensuring timely, thoughtful responses.
Drive special projects, often cross-functional or highly confidential, from conception through successful delivery, applying strong project management rigor and executive-level judgment.
Represent the executive office with professionalism and discernment, embodying the CBO’s leadership values in all interactions.
Partner with the broader EA community to define and model standards of excellence, elevate operational efficiency, and mentor other executive assistants.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows, processes, and executive bandwidth—taking initiative to remove barriers and simplify operations.

Expert-level organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent demands with precision and calm under pressure.
Strategic relationship builder with the ability to influence, collaborate, and maintain trust across all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and contextualize priorities within the broader company strategy.
Highly skilled in G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other enterprise tools; adept at leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Skilled project manager, capable of independently leading initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
Exercises sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion in all interactions.
Resilient, proactive, and resourceful—able to operate with minimal direction and thrive in a fast-changing, high-demand environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting C-level or VP+ executives in technology, media, or similarly complex organizations.
Proven success managing confidential, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor other executive assistants and contribute to operational excellence across the EA function.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $157,000-$235,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
