The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to join the Boeing Test and Evaluation team in Seattle, WA supporting the Vice President/GM and multiple Test & Evaluation Executive Directors.

They can take initiative and drive tasks through to completion with focus on delivering high-quality results.
Position Responsibilities include performing the following tasks for Vice President and Executives:
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements and monitors designated business traveler's logistics
Generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit cards
Prioritize and manage complex calendaring at a VP level with strong understanding of Boeing organizations, working under the guidance of the office of the Chief of Staff
Interface with other assistants and coordinate with functional and business leaders in execution of activities to support the overall engineering and operational activities of the organization
Assist leadership and team on day-to-day activities as necessary in a demanding fast-paced work environment
Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication
Track and maintain information related to department and business operations
Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Order and maintain office supplies
Plan and implement logistics for senior executive level internal and external events
Provide guidance to less experienced employees
Work under minimal supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
5+ years of work experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager role
5+ years of experience coordinating executive travel; including use of travel and expense reporting software
5+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Office or any administrative tools
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Strong in creating a motivating and outstanding work environment with excellent people skills
Ability to work with large virtual teams, adapt and remain flexible in approach to accomplish the greater team goals, with the Boeing team across different locations and time zones
