Title and Summary

Senior Executive Assistant

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant to the President of Europe provides high‑impact, trusted partnership to a senior executive with a broad, complex regional remit. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative support: it requires strong judgment, business acumen, discretion, and the ability to operate confidently across cultures, functions, and senior leadership forums.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant acts as an extension of the President, ensuring time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision, and that the Europe leadership agenda runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the President of Europe, managing a highly complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones.
Anticipate needs, proactively manage priorities, and exercise sound judgment on scheduling, stakeholder access, and time allocation.
Support preparation for key governance forums (e.g., leadership meetings, steercos, QBRs, external engagements), including coordination of materials and follow‑ups in partnership with Chiefs of Staff and leadership teams.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Stakeholder & Communications Management

Act as an administrative liaison between the President and senior internal and external stakeholders across Europe and global functions.
Manage correspondence, briefings, presentations, and meeting materials on behalf of the President.
Ensure effective communication flow, tracking actions and decisions and following up to drive closure.
Operational Excellence

Coordinate complex international travel, logistics, and expense management in line with company policies.
Support compliance‑related processes, including NDAs, contracts, and other governance requirements, in alignment with Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Security guidelines.
Leadership Team & Culture Enablement

Support the Europe leadership team rhythm (LT meetings, offsites, engagement activities).
Act as a culture carrier, reinforcing company values and supporting inclusion, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the broader Executive Assistant community to share best practices and ensure continuity of support.
