About the role
As Syndio's go-to-market organization scales, we're seeking a GTM Sr. Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-quality administrative and operational support to our SVP, Revenue and SVP, Marketing — both based in EST and CT time zones. This role is central to enabling our revenue and marketing leaders to move fast, stay aligned, and focus on strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of executive administration and GTM operations, requiring someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll own complex scheduling, logistics, and office management for our Seattle location, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership as they drive Syndio's growth.
Why this job is exciting
Serve as a partner to GTM executives, enabling them to focus on revenue growth and market impact.
- Own complex, multi-timezone calendar management for senior leaders, navigating competing priorities with precision and sound judgment.
- Manage sophisticated domestic and international travel arrangements, proactively anticipating changes and adapting plans on the fly.
- Support preparation for executive meetings, QBRs, board materials, customer-facing events, and GTM offsites.
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics for GTM team initiatives, including sales kickoffs, marketing events, and executive briefings.
- Manage day-to-day Seattle office operations, including vendor coordination, supplies, space management, and team logistics.
- Maintain and organize GTM-related tools and systems (Salesforce, Gong, ClientSuccess) to support executive visibility into pipeline and performance.
- Own the integration of AI tools into your daily workflows, proactively finding new ways to create efficiencies for yourself and the executives you support
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for supported executives with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide additional project support during peak periods or company-wide initiatives.
- Own logistics execution for GTM events including sales kickoffs, marketing offsites, and executive briefings covering venue coordination, vendor management, attendee logistics, and on-site operations. (Event strategy and creative direction sit with the marketing team; your job is to make sure every detail is handled.)
About you
You are a self-starter who operates with minimal direction, solves problems independently, and exercises strong judgment about when to escalate. You bring:
- Experience in the tech industry, ideally across both enterprise and startup settings
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, within a sales or marketing environment.
- Expertise managing complex, multi-timezone travel schedules with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch things others miss and take pride in having it right the first time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent executives professionally in all interactions.
- The ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and maintain composure under shifting priorities
Required Technical Experience
Hands-on working knowledge of the following GTM tools is required:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Salesforce — navigating accounts, opportunities, and activity data in support of executive visibility.
- Gong — supporting executives in reviewing call recordings, preparing for customer meetings, and tracking pipeline signals.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting, synthesis, and workflow automation, including the ability to build simple, repeatable processes using these tools, not just use them on a task-by-task basis.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Notion, or similar productivity and contract management tools.
- Experience supporting marketing or revenue leaders in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Event planning and execution experience for executive or GTM events.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management in an office setting.
