Senior Executive Assistant

The Team:

In this role you will be supporting a Celonis C-Level responsible for a global function. You will interface and collaborate with different departments globally and work closely with other members of our highly professional and dynamic Executive Support Team.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant who has previous experience of supporting within a CFO or other C-level leader. 

As the Executive Assistant to our CFO, you will work closely with the Finance Leadership team, Celonis Executives and other internal and external parties as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the CFO. You are someone who thrives under pressure, loves working in a fast-paced environment, has a growth-mindset and is truly passionate about enabling Executives.

This position is Paris based. 

The work you’ll do:

• Provide outstanding EA support, including detailed calendar management, expense report management, and complex domestic & international travel coordination
• Maintain close relationships and contribute effectively within the Executive Assistant community
• Organize CFO Leadership meetings and maintain fluid communication among CFO Leadership team
• Manage, prioritize, draft incoming / outgoing correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, including attendee management, materials preparation, room set-up and issue resolution.
• Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Strategic alignment, coordination,  management, and delivery of inflight projects working with multiple teams across all areas of the business.
• Identify, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the CFO daily and ongoing operations.
• There will be some travel expected with the role on an adhoc basis

The qualifications you need:

• You will have at least 5 years working as an Executive Assistant, including experience supporting at C-Suite level.
• Have professional fluency (written and oral) in English 
• Professional fluency (written and oral) in French is a plus
• Experienced in the preparation of content for internal and external schedules and presentations.
• Ability to quickly understand complex information and context.
• Experience in supporting both internal and external project management and delivery.
• Excellent organization skills while seeking to improve processes at all times.
• Superb attention to detail with the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy.
• Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
• Working with discretion, maturity and consistency.
• Strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Advanced Google Suite + Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to provide support during off-hours as needed in a truly international environment.
