The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an enthusiastic, action-oriented, organized and cleared Headquarters Major Program Manager Executive Assistant for on site support to Navy leadership at the Washington Navy Yard. Responsibilities:

 Provide daily on site Executive Assistant support to the Major Program Manager and Deputy Major Program Manager.  Schedule and organize all meetings and appointments for the Major Program Manager.
 Lead administrative operations, including communication with outside parties and maintain comprehensive and accurate official records.
 Report office progress to senior management and coordinate to improve office operations and procedures.
• Write timely reports on the status of major projects, after meeting action item reports, and other reports and updates that keep leadership informed on the status of assignments, projects and general operations.
  Proofread all official U. S. Navy documents for adherence to requirements as well as grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:
Required: 
• Associate's degree or equivalent, and 15 years of relevant experience

• US Citizenship
 Active DOD Secret security clearance
 Experience with Navy headquarters program operations
 Experience supporting senior Navy leadership
 Experience with Navy correspondence requirements
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Online
 Experience or familiarity with Navy modernization or sustainment support

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
