[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the Academic Affairs & Planning Office.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Admissions Planning & Operations
Plan, coordinate and administer end‑to‑end Polytechnic Admissions Exercises to ensure that events are executed timely and professionally.
Conduct Admissions talks and provide general counselling support to prospective students and stakeholders on admissions pathways and application processes
Coordinate student enrolment processes, including coordination across systems, timelines, documentation and communications
Administer, review and evaluate admission applications and appeals in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
Review admissions collaterals to ensure that information is current and relevant
Coordinate closely with Academic Schools, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of admissions and enrolment processes
Work with vendors and system partners on enhancements, testing and issue resolution related to admissions operations and platforms
Digital Enablement & AI‑Assisted Services
Liaise with Academic Schools and vendors to administer, test and enhance current and future admissions chatbots and digital enquiry platforms
Contribute to the use of Generative AI (GenAI) tools to improve student communications, FAQs, counselling scripts and operational workflows, with appropriate governance and data safeguards
Support process automation and digitalisation initiatives for admissions and enrolment processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and student experience
Data Analytics & Insights
Analyse admissions, enrolment and application data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for admissions planning and operations
Utilise analytics to make operational improvements, communications strategies and stakeholder briefings
Support intake planning, forecasting and post‑exercise reviews through data dashboards, reports and evidence‑based insights
Communications & Content Development
Develop and curate digital content (including video presentations and online materials) on admissions matters using appropriate tools and platforms
Ensure consistency of messaging across physical and digital touchpoints, including AI‑assisted channels
