Summary
Responsibility for all aspects of personal safety, both at the customer location and in compliance with all Solenis policies regarding environmental, health and safety.
Performing equipment installation of Solenis-owned Pulp & Paper and industrial water treatment equipment.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain and build relationships with both the commercial team and suppliers
Coach and mentor 4-6 direct reports as needed
Coach and Mentor Managers/Supervisors of lateral and below Bands
Work with the Commercial Team to process their engineering request for new and replacement customer equipment
Coordinate installation work of new engineered projects with Install Team and outside contractors
Coordinate with direct reports Safety Reviews and Cost Out measures for customer equipment
Develop learning programs to further development of those with in the Equipment Team
Developing metric reporting on team’s performance for manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree) Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree
10+ years of industry experience
Project management of complex projects
Strong relationship management skills
Experience learning new concepts and or technology and applying them
Ability to work autonomy and direct/coach both indirect/direct reports

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
