Senior ePMO Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior ePMO Analyst to join our core ePMO team as the most senior resource reporting to the ePMO Senior Manager. Acting as second-in-command, you’ll lead governance, support portfolio and programme delivery, and manage smaller projects in their early stages. This is a pivotal role in shaping PMO maturity and driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and enhance our PPM solution (MS Project Online) and governance framework.

  • Provide guidance on PMO processes and ensure compliance across projects.

  • Engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple Project Managers.

  • Oversee risk, resource, and dependency management across the portfolio.

  • Produce board-level reporting and analyse trends for decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to evolve PMO maturity.

  • Lead the collation and analysis of portfolio, programme, and project data.

  • Support strategic transformation programmes across global teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong PMO expertise: planning, risk, finance, resource management, and reporting.

  • Experience across project lifecycles and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Product).

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and presenting to senior audiences.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.

  • Experience delivering projects or work packages.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Desirable Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project (desktop and Online), ideally to Administrator level.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Visio.

  • Working knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint; Power Automate experience advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of Office365 platform.
