As a Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst, you will collaboratively engage, model, and drive the organization to adopt leading practices, ensure strategic alignment between Business and IT, foster innovation and support business and IT strategies.

As a member of this team, you will:

  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders, Customer Success Representatives and Business Architects to align business strategy and roadmaps with the D&T Strategy and deliver business architecture artifacts needed for the creation of Business Blueprints and Architectural Visions.

  • Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise, such as relationships between roles, capabilities, technology, and business units within the Enterprise Architecture repository.

  • Create and maintain business capability, process, and technology inventories by engaging with stakeholders to document the structure of OMERS business and technology landscape.

  • Coordinate end-to-end technology governance, including managing architecture governance processes, working with delivery and enablement teams to bring new technology or enhancements through Architecture Review and facilitating sessions between delivery and technology teams to reach alignment.

  • Contribute to the optimization of Architecture practices through a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery.

  • Analyze requests from business stakeholders to identify opportunities to reuse existing assets across the enterprise.

  • Provide innovative approaches to solving business challenges that contribute to the achievement of the organization’s targets

  • Influence, negotiate and secure buy-in and understanding within the organization

  • Effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience

  • Three to Five+ years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for strategy and/or translation, business analytics, and program management

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: business architecture, strategic planning, business analysis, business relationship management or business process design

  • Experience facilitating sessions, helping participants reach decisions and accomplishing goals to foster cross-team alignment

  • Ability to balance good enough architecture with actionable steps and targets

  • Ability to use verbal communication to disseminate complex concepts

  • Ability to write clear and succinct documents and to create engaging diagrams

The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
