Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce) that meet business, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Define and govern integration Strategy
- Build and create security framework around SFDC instances.
- Own Salesforce data models, master data strategy, data quality, security, sharing, retention, and compliance (PII, GDPR, SOC, HIPAA as applicable).
- Design role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, license strategies, SSO, OAuth, and enforce Salesforce security best practices.
- Architect scalable org strategies (single org vs multi‑org), sandbox strategy, CI/CD, release management, and environment governance.
- Ensure solutions respect Salesforce governor limits, optimize performance, and scale for high‑volume data, users, and transactions.
- Architect intelligent automation using Flows, Apex, Einstein, Agentforce agents, and generative AI while ensuring trust, observability, and cost controls.
- Define architectural principles, reference architectures, design patterns, code standards, and conduct design reviews and solution governance.
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, security, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architecture.
- Guide developers and admins, unblock teams, review designs/code, and ensure on‑time delivery with high quality and minimal technical debt.
