Responsibilities:
- Attend Supplier kick off meeting, and finalize the babble drawing,gauge,inspection method for key characteristic and check list after serial production.
- Monitor the time nodes of new project to make sure new project go smoothly before
- TBVC submit OTS samples. Send OTS samples to Lab ,check the full dimension report, material report and physical test report.
- Push supplier to improve when deviation found.
- Approve supplier’s PPAP documents and keep the samples.
- Work out incoming goods inspection specification.
- After serial production claim supplier when deviation found, create 8D and track the progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; exceptional candidates may be considered with a junior college degree.
- Preferably a background in science, engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- 3 years or more of SQE experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiar with IATF16949 and the five major manuals;
- proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D;
- Can communication with English skillfully
- Possess strong learning abilities and communication/coordination skills;
- able to travel for work.
- Candidates with IATF16949 auditor certification or VDA6.3 auditor certification are preferred.
- Candidates aware with the Air Spring are preferred.
