It’s where artists manage their presence on Spotify—exploring audience insights, promoting releases, customizing profiles, and growing their business through tools like Marquee, Showcase, and Discovery Mode.
As part of the Music Mission, this team operates across a broad technical landscape including client applications, backend systems, and large-scale data pipelines. You’ll lead a team working at the intersection of product innovation and platform reliability, shaping experiences that directly impact Spotify’s global creator community.
