About the role:
As the Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a group of talented, passionate software engineers. You’ll exert technical leadership by investing in their individual growth, managing team operations, and participating in their day-to-day work. You’ll partner closely with multiple Product Managers to craft and maintain a strong vision for our software products, evaluating business impact and technical tradeoffs to support a top strategic business space – Hippo Home Insurance Program (HHIP).
