  • Ensure long-term system health, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across distributed systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Growth, Data, and external partners to align roadmaps and deliver shared outcomes.

You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams building customer-facing products and distributed systems.
  • Experience managing managers and/or leading multiple teams, with demonstrated success scaling organizations and developing senior engineering talent.
  • A track record of driving alignment and execution across multiple workstreams while balancing new product investment with operational excellence.
  • Experience leading Zero-to-One product launches, including defining scope, sequencing work, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience setting technical and product direction in close partnership with Product and Design.
  • Strong architectural judgment, particularly in backend and distributed systems, with the ability to guide teams through complex technical trade-offs.
  • Experience operating and evolving high-scale production systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • A passion for mentoring engineers and managers while fostering an inclusive, growing team.
