Overview
The Senior Software Engineer plays a key role in designing, building, and evolving secure, scalable healthcare software solutions. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, contributing to system integration, platform modernization, and interoperability initiatives across Open Health.
Senior Software Engineers work independently on complex problems, provide technical guidance to peers, and help ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied across teams. This role supports modern cloud-based healthcare systems while adhering to secure software development and healthcare interoperability standards.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $134,000 - $167,000 - $200,000 USD.
