  • Develop and execute experimental test plans to evaluate component performance and reliability in fluid storage and delivery systems.

  • Partner with simulation teams to perform FEA, CFD, and moldflow analyses for design optimization.

  • Drive innovation to enhance technical capabilities across Product Development and Manufacturing teams.

  • Support technical leaders in a stage-gate development process, ensuring timely and quality execution of assigned tasks.

  • Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to plan, track, and report progress on engineering projects.

  • Conduct root cause investigations to resolve design, manufacturing, or performance issues.

  • Communicate effectively across functions regarding design specifications, drawing interpretation, and compliance with part standards.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Skilled in ideation, abstract design, and computer modeling.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a standard office and lab environment.

  • May require occasional lifting of prototypes or test equipment (up to 25 lbs).

  • Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

  • Visual acuity for detailed design work and inspection.
