Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Assist with the design, planning, implementation and support of the corporate network and infrastructure plan. Assist in the development and documentation of technical standards and implements approved methods of procedure. Evaluate and report on new technologies and initiatives. Support problem resolution, investigate network performance issues, and ensure consistent adherence to operating policy and procedures. Responsible for creation and maintenance of network documentation and network diagrams. Monitor and address infrastructure alerts, collect and interpret packet captures, and analyze various protocols for performance and/or troubleshoot network issues.  (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:
1.         Configuring route maps and prefix lists (ACL, Prefix List);
2.         Configuring, testing, and validating network redundancy solutions (GRE, DMVPN, IPSEC);
3.         Performing network and security audits (IPSEC, TACACS, RADIUS, QoS);
4.         Reviewing network flows, system logs, and packet captures to troubleshoot issues (SIP, BGP, VRF, TCP, UDP, Syslogs);
5.         Creating BOM’s, port maps, and cable maps (Cabling management); and
6.         Updating and maintaining existing network diagrams, flow charts, and other design documents (Network drawing using Visio, LucidChart).

The current base salary range for this role is between $156,000 to $176,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
