The Role: Engineer III, Customer Quality Engineering
Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) for the Suwon, Korea location. The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) will work with customer facing, collaborating closely with internal and external customers.
We are recruiting for customer quality engineer in the MS (Material Solution) Divisional quality support, and it is for a semiconductor industry with Product like Slurry/Pad, Precursor, Specialty Gas, Chemical, Post Clean etc. , it will cover through NPD (new development device) and HVM (High volume manufacturing product)
In this role you will:
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of product lines, regions, and companies. (Customers and suppliers).
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic Engineering; or related technical field preferred.
Experience in a quality role for a semiconductor CVD, Implant or CMP materials manufacturer, customer quality engineer in customer or CVD, Implant or CMP OEM process engineering / product support role, or similar technical field preferred.
Knowledge of quality tools such as pareto, FMESA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, 8D problem solving, and root cause analysis.
Ability to work in a global environment, problem solving collaboratively with colleagues, customers and suppliers in virtual meetings is essential.
Ability to travel 10% to 30% .
