This is your new job:
- Ensures that changes in his/her assigned area will not result to any quality non-conformities.
- Ensures that no non-conforming units from his/her assigned area leaves the factory and/or reach the customer.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by diligently handling customer requests, feedbacks, and complaints, related to his/her assigned area.
- Makes use and processes signals, data, tools and resources that would help carry out above mentioned responsibilities. Interacts with Operators, Technicians and Line QCs, works with cross functional team, liaises with BE counterparts and business groups as needed.
This is you:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience in either process or quality engineering, change management and handling customer complaints.
- Strong proficiency in FMEA, SPC, process characterization, and data‑driven problem‑solving to ensure robust quality performance.
- Results‑driven and innovative professional with demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented, with excellent problem‑solving ability and risk‑based thinking.
- Fast learner who works effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
- Experienced with analytical platforms such as JMP, Minitab, Spotfire, and Power BI.
- Skilled in data mining and analysis across multiple systems (CMSS, AWACS, eForms, etc.)
