We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Energy Engineer!
This position will empower a motivated engineer to make a difference in the energy efficiency industry by leading innovative and technically robust solutions through identifying efficiency opportunities and quantifying savings potential. The individual will develop and evaluate energy efficiency solutions as they relate to our Commercial and Industrial Programs.

Understand and provide recommended strategies to support program success and innovation
Scope significant work for the engineering team; ensure the work of others is of high quality, on time, and on budget
Proven company leader in several technical areas (e.g., audits, evaluations, work papers)
Consult with clients and evaluators on program-specific issues
Exercise in-depth knowledge, experience, and independent judgment broadly across the industry
Leverage awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to influence program designs and performance
Prioritize safety in all actions and tasks.
Support development of engineering safety plans and initiatives
Regularly participate in business development work as the engineering lead and SME, determine appropriate timelines and budgets to support program(s)
Lead other engineers in their technical work
Oversee development of calculators, protocols, savings methodologies, and inspection processes
Oversee work paper development and filings
Lead new work related to relevant subject matter expertise
Oversee and perform quality control of ASHRAE audits at large commercial and industrial facilities
Develop the capabilities of other engineers and stakeholders
