WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH


This role reports directly to the Director of Jordan North America, Brand Planning & Operations and will partner closely with the Director of Jordan Brand Impact & Kids, Brand Marketing. You will work with your direct manager for coaching and learning opportunities as you grow and develop in your career.
In your day-to-day you will work closely with Brand Marketing, Marketing Functions (Integrated Retal Marketing, Digital, Media, Creative, Product Management, City teams), Nike Brand Planning & Operations, Legal, and Finance.

  • You will support and lead our Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations for Brand Impact and Kids offense to define and execute operational excellence across Nike Inc. and our Must Win strategy.

  • We are looking for a Senior, Brand Planning & Operations leader, someone who is passionate about the Brand, the consumer, the community.

  • A self-starter who is solutions oriented, a team first collaborator, and able to operate with confidence and speed in a dynamic environment.

  • The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of all functions of Marketing and what it means to think end-in mind, bringing a solid acumen of the end-to-end Code Marketing process.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Marketing, similar Marketing function, Brand Planning & Operations, Project/Program Management 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • Inspires excellence through partnership and collaboration, managing and leading through change.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tracks and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong acumen for process optimization and understanding of tools, Airtable, budgets, and ability to navigate a complex matrix and work with senior leadership on all aspects of the business.

  • Ability to evaluate and measure risk and results to help inform/drive decisions and learnings.

  • Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering on time and within budget

  • Travel 10% of the time

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • You will be a key partner to the Brand Impact and Kids Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of Brand Impact, Sport, Streetwear, Energy, and Kids helping steward the process across the Integrated Marketing Plan from concept to execution.

  • In this role, you will be at the intersection of Brand Impact, Sports, Streetwear, Kids, and moments that drive impact for the Brand - helping steward the process across the Integrated Marketing plan from concept to execution with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE!

  • This role will be responsible for leading all in season executions and ensuring seasonal readiness at the right moments and at key milestones within the CODE Marketing process.

  • Your ability to drive clarity, clear paths forward, resource optimization, and cross-functional collaboration will be key to the success of this role.

  • As a Brand Planning & Operations leader, you will manage and orchestrate multiple seasons and workflow, ensuring Nike Inc. brand standards are met and initiatives are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget.

  • Builds operating plans (in partnership with Director), integrated workback schedules, and platform management via Airtable for campaign workflow and budget.
