As a member of the Commercial Reporting and Analytics team, our Senior Employer Based Reporting Platform Manager is the enterprise owner and subject matter expert for the TrendSmart/TrendWise Employer-Based Reporting platform, with full accountability for governance, data quality, technical operations, and vendor performance. This senior individual contributor drives platform strategy and serves as the final decision authority while ensuring reporting accuracy, compliance, system stability, and measurable ROI across Sales, Underwriting, Employer Groups, and external producers – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

Qualifications:  

  • The Senior EBR Platform Manager would possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or seven or more years of progressive experience in enterprise analytics, reporting platforms, or data governance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise analytics or reporting platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in regulated environments.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities aligned to enterprise strategy.

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Serve as the enterprise owner and single point of accountability for the TrendSmart/TrendWise EBR platform.

  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and performance optimization.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning platform capabilities with enterprise objectives.

  • Develop business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

  • Establish and monitor platform performance metrics and utilization trends.

  • Own and govern user access provisioning and lifecycle management.

  • Design and deliver role-based training and maintain platform documentation.

  • Oversee expert-level issue resolution and act as final authority on data interpretation.

  • Lead enhancement lifecycle including requirements, UAT, and production readiness.

  • Manage vendor relationship ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.

  • Own data governance, refresh processes, audits, and compliance escalation.

The expected hiring range for a Senior Employer Based Reporting Platform Managers is $92,700 – 125,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $142,000. #LI-hybrid
