The ES People Senior Advisor is a vital member of the HR Operations team, providing exceptional operational support to employees across the APAC region. As the first point of contact for HR support, this role ensures a seamless employee experience, leveraging our trusted Customer Success Platform. Our mission is to deliver an outstanding employee journey by building a supportive, responsive, and innovative HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service to employees via our portal,Live chats, phone support and other communication platforms.

  • Assist employees promptly and effectively using our case-management solution, addressing HR queries and issues.

  • Support and maintain the centralized knowledge base by creating, updating, and enhancing knowledge articles to ensure relevancy and accuracy.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries efficiently.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and programs to provide accurate support.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

  • Participate in regional and global projects aimed at optimizing HR shared services and delivering a seamless employee journey.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of internal process documentation related to Shared Services.

  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements by completing tasks accurately and within deadlines.

  • Support additional duties and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR processes, programs, or shared services.

  • Proven problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, AI, and continuous learning.

  • Experience working with HR chatbots, AI agents, or phone support is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday HCM or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of case management tools and AI-driven support systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced HR shared services environment is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a high-growth environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.

  • Quick learner with a data-driven mindset and comfort with technology.
