Senior Electronics Engineer (d/f/m)
We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer (d/f/m) to join our innovative R&D team in Rotkreuz, where we develop cutting-edge diagnostics solutions that directly impact patient lives. You will work in a collaborative environment where your technical leadership and safety expertise drive the next generation of laboratory instruments. This role offers the unique chance to shape development processes while tackling mission-critical engineering challenges.
The Opportunity
Lead the design and development of electronic architectures for complex medical instruments from initial concept to detailed execution including product care activities.
Solve complex technical requirements through independent concept development and feasibility studies.
Manage technical reviews and communication with stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
Drive continuous improvement by defining electronic development best practices and optimizing internal processes to increase quality and efficiency.
Take ownership of mission-critical tasks and technical documentation, ensuring all designs meet rigorous safety and environmental regulations.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in electronic architecture.
You are a collaborative leader who excels at promoting knowledge-sharing across departments and fostering a constructive, high-energy work environment.
You have a results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead action teams through high-stakes technical challenges.
You possess expertise in Safety and EMC standards.
You are detail-oriented and proficient in managing technical documentation and unit specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
