  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of the financial wellness program and to the development of educational tools, webinars, and digital campaigns to reach diverse audiences.
  • Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring all education and guidance complies with industry and organizational guidelines.
  • Stay current on trends in retirement planning, behavioral finance, and financial literacy to keep education materials relevant and impactful.
  • Support special campaigns and contribute to the overall success of the education team

  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences—ranging from front-line employees to executives.
