(Internally known as Disaster Recovery, Sr. Associate)
The Senior Disaster Recovery Administrator is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving disaster recovery (DR) exercises for Managed Services customers. This role serves as the central point of coordination across AHEAD technical resources, customer stakeholders, and third-party participants to ensure DR exercises are properly planned, scheduled, communicated, executed, and documented. The role is heavily focused on cross-functional coordination, work planning, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and quality of deliverables.
This position supports DR exercise readiness and execution by coordinating testing activities, facilitating meetings, tracking dependencies and action items, documenting gaps in procedures, and driving follow-up items to closure. AHEAD’s DR managed services scope includes coordination and participation in simulated/full DR tests, bubble tests, and tabletop tests, as well as documenting procedure gaps and maintaining issue tracking with assigned customer owners.
