Key Responsibilities
Define and lead execution of critical, enterprise-level people initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq's global objectives and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision models that enable clarity, accountability, and speed across the People function.
Serve as a strategic integrator across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional partners to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and balance competing demands.
Provide enterprise-wide visibility into portfolio progress, proactively surfacing risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
Inspire, develop, and empower leadership teams to deliver transformation excellence at scale, setting standards for program management rigor across People@Nasdaq.
Champion operational discipline and change agility, ensuring initiatives remain outcomes-focused while building long-term organizational capability.
Required Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience driving complex, cross-functional programs or transformations in global, enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success shaping operating models, governance structures, and large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Exceptional strategic judgment and ability to drive execution in ambiguous, evolving, and fast-paced environments.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear decisions and executive-level narratives.
Deep understanding of organizational change, transformation delivery, and enterprise program governance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in human resources transformation, people technology, or AI-enabled change initiatives.
Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or highly regulated industries.

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $244,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
