Role Overview
As Principal Product Manager for our Leasing Data Platform, you will own the strategy and execution of a mission-critical data product powering our Leasing business. This is a data platform leadership role, responsible for transforming raw leasing data into scalable, high-quality, AI-ready data assets that drive differentiated insights, automation, and measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with engineering, product, data science, analytics, and business leadership to deliver a modern data platform that enables advanced analytics, machine learning, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings deep experience building enterprise data products and leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for the Leasing Data Platform, including data ingestion, modeling, governance, APIs, and downstream consumption layers
Establish a clear product vision for transforming raw leasing data into scalable and AI-ready data assets
Drive alignment across business, engineering, product, analytics, and enterprise data teams
Data Platform & Architecture Leadership
Partner with engineering to design modern data architecture (data lakes/warehouses, semantic layers, APIs, streaming pipelines, etc.)
Define standards for data quality, lineage, governance, metadata management, and platform scalability
Ensure interoperability with enterprise systems and external data providers
AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into leasing workflows (e.g., predictive insights, automation, recommendation systems)
Leverage AI tools in the product development lifecycle (e.g., AI-assisted discovery, rapid prototyping, experimentation, backlog refinement, analytics generation)
Ensure platform readiness for generative AI and emerging enterprise AI use cases
Product Execution & Value Realization
Maintain and prioritize a data product backlog aligned to measurable business outcomes
Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value narratives
Drive executive alignment on roadmap, investment tradeoffs, and prioritization
Required Qualifications
9–12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise data platforms or data products
Proven track record of delivering scalable data products (e.g., data platforms, analytics products, APIs, ML-enabled systems) from strategy through production
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI copilots, experimentation tools, ML lifecycle tooling) to accelerate product discovery and delivery
Ability to define and measure success through data quality, adoption metrics, and business outcomes

Estimated compensation for this position:
195,000.00 – 239,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
