Focus, Scope & Impact:
- This role covers a single or multiple countries within The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and is accountable for business indicators such as volume, revenue, and operating income, alongside geographical, supply chain complexity, and bottler maturity considerations. Works closely with the VP Franchise and the Franchise Leadership Team.
- Primary focus: End-to-end Turkey operations across Technical, Innovation, and Supply Chain workstreams in partnership with the Franchise team and bottler.
- Provide technical leadership and execution support to Türkiye operations across all Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) functional areas, partnering with franchise units and bottling partners.
- Lead technical franchise initiatives to set challenging targets for bottling operations while driving efficient execution. Monitor and improve key performance areas such as QSE scores, supply continuity, process efficiency, and capacity investments.
- Drive action plans at bottling plants to optimize manufacturing costs and yields, supporting profitability requirements in the assigned territory.
- Serve as the execution lead for TI&SC strategies at territory, franchise operation (FO), and market levels.
- Provide leadership and operational support to franchise operation managers to build product/package, supply chain, and production capabilities—focusing on infrastructure, processes, people, and cost optimization to drive growth.
- Identify and execute productivity initiatives within the franchise territory.
- Execute supply chain contingency plans and business continuity protocols at the franchise level; coordinate demand and supply alignment with the Supply Chain team and bottler.
- Support innovation pipeline development and execution in collaboration with Operating Unit teams, bottling partners, Commercial Products Supply (CPS), suppliers, and FO functions.
- Guide commercialization planning and execution with corporate, bottlers, CPS, and functional teams inside and outside the technical organization.
- Champion a productivity-focused culture across End to End technical operations, identifying efficiency opportunities across the value chain.
- Act as the primary technical contact for bottler supply chain and technical teams in Turkey, providing troubleshooting, corrective actions, and immediate incident management.
- This role is an individual contributor expected to lead and coordinate technical networks for Türkiye operations, collaborating across all functions.
- Goals and objectives are primarily focused on TI&SC OKR delivery for the Turkey Franchise.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in at least two functional areas within Technical, Innovation, and Supply Chain scope: QSE, SRA, Innovation, Supply Chain, Technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, or food/beverage industry (manufacturing, QSE, logistics, supply chain, engineering).
- Strong understanding of technical risk management, governance, project management frameworks, QSE metrics, and commercialization processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with bottling partners, suppliers, and commercial functions.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills to ensure efficient execution of technical and commercial projects.
- Advanced risk mapping and problem-solving skills to support bottling operations via corrective/preventive actions.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving quality, safety, and environmental systems to meet The Coca-Cola Company governance and local regulations.
- Application of continuous improvement models within manufacturing and distribution environments.
- Ability to lead effective technical communication routines with bottling plants, key suppliers, and KO technical teams across the territory
