Senior Director, Strategy

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the President, the Senior Director, Strategy holds a pivotal role. The position will help drive Ensemble to achieve its strategic priorities, facilitate business planning, provide forward-looking analysis, and establish impactful operational metrics crucial for data-driven decision-making. This position will also spearhead the development and validation of strategic projects. This role will cultivate robust internal relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis, leveraging both internal and external data, to support strategic initiatives and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational and support departments to comprehend goals, key success drivers, blueprint to execute, and reporting processes.
  • Own Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other senior stakeholder presentations. Drive process automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Formulate plans and strategies to foster company’s long-term growth and success.
  • Ensure optimal team performance and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish robust reporting structures, including monthly reporting, project reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.  A specialization in Strategy preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in strategy and business analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Competency in business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for travel and adaptability to change.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on building trust and resolving conflicts effectively.
