We are seeking a seasoned Audio Visual Solutions & Practice Lead to spearhead our AV and workplace collaboration practice. This leader will drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver innovative conference room, event support, and collaboration solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to grow revenue, forge strategic partnerships, and ensure world-class service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of architects, and technologists across conference room, live event, and workplace collaboration domains.
Define the AV practice vision and roadmap; establish standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks for enterprise clients.
Build and deliver compelling customer presentations, solution demos, and proposals that articulate business value and technical differentiation.
Drive go-to-market strategy for AV and workplace collaboration offerings, including pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
Cultivate strategic technology partnerships and build solutions for technologies from vendors such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Cisco (Webex), Microsoft (Teams Rooms), Zoom,
Collaborate with customer delivery and managed services teams to enable seamless solution deployment, support models, and SLA-driven service delivery.
Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities, support pipeline development, and close complex AV and collaboration deals.
Stay ahead of industry trends including AI-driven meeting intelligence, cloud-based AV management, and hybrid workplace innovation.
AV Control & Signal Distribution: Crestron, Extron, AMX, Savant; AVoIP, HDMI-over-IP, and Dante/AES67 audio networking.
Unified Communications & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex Rooms/Devices, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting platforms
Audio & Video Systems: Shure MXA microphone arrays, Biamp Tesira/Devio, QSC Q-SYS, professional displays, PTZ cameras, and LED video walls.
AV Standards & Design: AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certifications, AV system design, signal flow documentation, and room acoustics fundamentals.
Cloud & Management Platforms: Crestron XiO Cloud, Logitech Sync, Zoom Device Management, Microsoft Teams Admin Center, and AV-as-a-Service models.
Event & Production Technology: Live streaming platforms, event production workflows, digital signage (Appspace, Four Winds), and content management.
10–15 years of progressive experience in AV/UC solutions with at least 5 years in a practice lead, principal, or director-level role.
Proven track record of building and scaling technology practices, growing revenue, and managing P&L accountability.
AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification strongly preferred; Cisco, Microsoft, or Crestron certifications a plus.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and technology partners alike.
Salary Range
