Job Description 

The Sr. Director of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and build strong partnerships to drive revenue and profitability. This role requires a visionary leader who can influence at the executive level and collaborate across Account Management Team, Customer Enablement Team within Korea and global team.  

 

Job Overview:  

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to internal teams and key customers, bridging commercial and technical perspectives. 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Account Management team and Customer Enablement teams to develop integrated solutions that meet customer needs. 

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and partnerships. 

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term growth. 

  • Lead knowledge transition by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices with internal stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies. 

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions. 

  • Train customers, fellow colleagues and team members on relevant process solutions knowledge and skills.  

 

Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Education, Experience) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.  

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or consulting roles within a multinational environment.  

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across commercial and technical teams.  

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level.  

  • Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal).  

  • Analytical and strategic mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale customer accounts and achieving aggressive revenue target 

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry, material and products
