ServiceTitan is hiring a Senior Director, Portfolio Commercialization & Monetization to report into our VP of Pricing and Packaging. This leader will design and drive portfolio-level monetization and commercialization capabilities across Core, Pro Products, Fintech, and Acquisitions.
You’ll partner closely with the VP of Pricing and Packaging, as well as Product and General Managers, to define a consistent framework to evaluate material new innovations with monetization potential to firm up product pitches, business cases, and roadmap prioritization. This highly cross-functional role collaborates with Finance, Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure monetization rigor and measurable launch outcomes across the portfolio.
Monetization Strategy & Business Case Development
Partner with the VP of Pricing and Packaging and Product leadership to define and operationalize a consistent framework for assessing monetization potential across innovations and investments.
Ensure business case development / pitches are grounded with monetization inputs grounded in customer value, willingness-to-pay, and revenue impact.
Guide portfolio and product teams in embedding monetization principles into innovation planning and stage-gate reviews.
Commercialization & Launch Leadership
Translate the VP of Pricing and Packaging’s vision into executable pricing, packaging, and commercialization guidelines, frameworks and strategies across product lines and verticals.
Lead NPI commercialization — pilots, launch playbooks, readiness reviews, and post-launch optimization.
Partner with IT, Revenue Ops, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy, CPQ/billing readiness, and operational scalability.
Analytics & Experimentation
Design and run pricing and elasticity experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve launch economics.
Drive insights and reporting to monitor pricing health, adoption, ARR, and margin impact.
Governance & Enablement
Lead cross-functional preparation for commercialization and pricing decision forums, ensuring proposals are data-driven and aligned with monetization frameworks.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align GTM readiness, compensation, and enablement around new offers.
Leadership & Operations
Mentor and scale a high-performing team; manage vendor relationships supporting pricing research and analytics.
Drive operational excellence across pricing systems, discount policies, and monetization governance.
% of innovations and business cases incorporating monetization frameworks
ARR/margin uplift from monetization initiatives
% NPIs meeting ARR/adoption targets at 6/12 months
Price realization %, preferred package adoption %, CPQ accuracy
Actionable monetization experiments and insights delivered per quarter
Experience in pricing, packaging, commercialization, or revenue strategy within B2B SaaS
Proven success embedding monetization frameworks and customer value modeling into product strategy and business cases
Hands-on expertise in value-based pricing, elasticity testing, and financial modeling
Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, billing, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Exceptional executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Fintech or payments · Conjoint/econometric modeling expertise · MBA or advanced quantitative degree

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $202,000 USD - $270,200 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
