About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is on a journey to become an agentic enterprise, reimagining how work gets done by bringing together data, apps, agents and engagement to drive productivity, efficiency, and growth. Salesforce on Salesforce is the program that highlights this transformation and makes it immediately credible, relevant and repeatable by our customers.

Through Salesforce on Salesforce, we showcase how Salesforce uses its own technology, including Agentforce, Data 360, Customer 360 apps and Slack to transform our business. By sharing the strategies, lessons learned, and measurable outcomes from our journey, we give customers a trusted blueprint for becoming an agentic enterprise themselves.

This program plays a critical role in Salesforce’s go-to-market strategy. It connects product innovation with real-world proof, equipping sellers with credible transformation stories while elevating Salesforce’s thought leadership with customers, analysts, and the broader market.

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead the Salesforce on Salesforce program. This highly visible leader will define the program strategy, drive the cross-functional operating model, and oversee the development and activation of Salesforce’s most important Customer Zero transformation stories across events, digital, content, and field engagement.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic storytelling, and the ability to align teams across marketing, comms, product, IT, customer success, and sales enablement to deliver a unified and high-impact Customer Zero narrative.

  • Identify and prioritize Salesforce’s most strategic Customer Zero “Big Bet” stories, demonstrating enterprise transformation across departments.

Cross-Functional Program Leadership

  • Establish and manage the cross-functional operating model for the program, including governance, RACI, and execution cadence.

  • Lead collaboration across marketing, IT, product, sales enablement, and communications teams.

  • Align stakeholders around shared priorities and execution plans.

Executive & Corporate Activation

  • Oversee the activation of Salesforce on Salesforce across major corporate moments including Dreamforce, World Tours, thought leadership initiatives, and key corporate campaigns.

  • Partner with executives and internal practitioners to showcase Salesforce’s transformation with credibility and transparency.

Storytelling & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the development of transformation narratives that combine product solutions, operational change, and measurable outcomes.

  • Ensure Customer Zero stories support both sales conversations and market thought leadership.

Measurement & Program Reporting

  • Define and track program success metrics aligned to the Salesforce on Salesforce V2MOM.

  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with sellers, field marketing, executives, and customers to refine priorities.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, product marketing, strategy, or transformation storytelling

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in large global organizations

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and helping them craft impactful narratives
