The Opportunity:

Allied Sports is hiring a Senior Director of Partnership Development to join our fast-growing team in securing commercial revenue for Allied Sports’ portfolio of prestigious property clients.

The Senior Director of Partnership Development will be a key member of the Allied Sports Partnership Development team with a proven track record for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business corporate partnerships across Allied Sports’ diverse roster of property partners
  • Proactively and independently identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities at the regional, national, and global levels
  • Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and lead strategic approach of customized ROI-driven proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partner goals and initiatives
  • Lead all elements of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close
  • Collaborate with internal Partnership Solutions leads to develop partnership platforms and applicable asset compilations
  • Build strong relationships across property client key stakeholders
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned property clients and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
  • Opportunity to identify new partnerships and revenue streams across Allied Sports’ extended ecosystem, including Talent, Brand Marketing, and Experiential Divisions
  • Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and property clients

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience, with a proven track record in driving high-value, multi-year partnerships with leading brands and properties
  • Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to work cross-functionally across the agency
  • Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league or agency experience preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in a group, team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends)

Considerations

  • Base salary range: $150-170k annually + bonus potential 
  • Hybrid schedule: with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly.

Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
