About International GrowthOur team partners with WMUS but focuses on off-shore opportunities, identifying and executing strategies that accelerate Walmart’s presence in international markets. We operate with agility, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver data-driven solutions and support business growth across regions.
What you’ll do: - Oversee operational strategy and execution for Data Ventures in international markets.
- Drive process improvements and scalability for global data initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, technology, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and data governance.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and optimize operations.
What you’ll bring: - Experience leading operational frameworks for global or multi-region projects.
- Strong knowledge of international data trends and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in change management and adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
