About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

  • 20+ years in service operations or transformation leadership.
  • Strong experience driving large‑scale, tech‑enabled transformation.
  • Expertise in AI, automation, digital platforms, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Skilled in change management, organisational design, and capability building.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at the executive level.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in global/multi‑region operations.
  • Background in consulting, shared services, or customer operations.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Change Management certifications.
  • A future‑focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the multi‑year transformation of global service operations.
  • Embed AI, automation, and digital tools into core processes.
  • Redesign operating models to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Lead change adoption across teams and regions.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, HR, Finance, and senior leaders.
  • Ensure operational stability while delivering measurable improvements.

About the Team

You will work within a 3,000+ member global operations organisation, collaborating closely with cross‑functional leaders in Technology, Product, Content, Finance, and HR.

Hours of Work

  • Hybrid work environment
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 45 hours/Week, with some flexibility for global stakeholder time zones.
