Description:
We're seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution and advance operational excellence across the Filtration and Separation Division supply chain network. As the Sr. Director, Supply Chain, you'll play a pivotal role in our ambitious growth strategy, overseeing the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, guiding continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust strategies to enhance product availability and customer satisfaction. Your strategic approach will help shape the future of our supply chain operations, implementing advanced technologies and best practices while developing and mentoring teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain function, including planning, logistics, and distribution.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline supply chain operations.

  • Collaborate with team members from different functions to ensure supply chain activities are in line with overall business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and robust supply chain network.

  • Apply proven strategies and widely accepted methods to improve supply chain efficiency and stay ahead in the market.

  • Lead and nurture a supply chain team that consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and innovative thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.

  • At least 10 years in supply chain management, with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • 7+ years of leadership experience and the ability to inspire and empower a diverse and global team.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong business acumen.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.

  • Consistent track record of effectively leading projects and achieving successful outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes including demand/supply planning, capacity planning, procurement, and logistics.

  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools.

  • Proven track record in driving maturity and excellence in SIOP process

  • Travel up to 25% including international travel as required

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $220,000.00–$260,000.00.
